Main technical features

1. Feeding machine: adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, photoelectric control vibration volume type feeding. The feeding accuracy is high, and the unevenness of feeding is reduced. The carding area adopts a closed cover, which is safe and beautiful.

4. Transmission: Feeding machine, feeding roller, cylinder, doffer, file are driven by separate motor, the drive is reasonable and simple, the process adjustment is convenient and easy to repair.
5. Electrical control: The advanced PLC programmable controller is used to control the running action of each motor. The feeding roller and the doffer motor use the frequency conversion speed regulation, and the two can be linked to the speed regulation, which is beneficial to the adjustment of the process parameters.
