Application

YX002 disc plucker is arranged in the first process of the opening and cleaning machine, and is suitable for processing raw cotton, cotton-type chemical fibers and medium-length chemical fibers below 76 mm. Two machines can be used in parallel, one of which catches the top fiber, the other catches the bottom fiber, or two machines catch the middle fiber at the same time. The cotton picker beater with the clearance falling will grab it in sequence with the operation of the trolley. The captured fiber bundles are sucked by the fan and transported to the next process through the cotton conveying pipeline.
YX002 Bale plucker is as the auto-processing request of our soft cotton cleaning line, YX002 type round automatic plucker has been designed to used for our cleaning line, it is suitable for the plucking of all classes of raw cotton, cotton chemical fiber, wool, medical cotton, recycling fiber and middle-long fiber shorter below 76mm. It’s the first procedure of the machine and consists of pulley, central axis, expansion tube and ground rail, etc. YX002 is mainly used to feed and mix many kinds soft cotton to processing and cleaning together.
