Main technical features

1. Feeding machine: adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, photoelectric control vibration volume type feeding. The feeding accuracy is high, and the unevenness of feeding is reduced. A permanent magnet is arranged above the oblique nail curtain to timely absorb the iron material in the raw material to prevent the iron material from entering the machine to crush the clothing.
2. Carding machine: The frame design is reasonable and very stable, which ensures the smooth operation of the machine. The work roll and the stripping roller on the round wall are fixed by T-slot for easy installation and adjustment. Stripping with a low-speed, large swing boring tool with low noise and low failure. The carding area adopts a closed cover, which is safe and beautiful.

The feeding roller and the doffer motor use the frequency conversion speed regulation, and the two can be linked to the speed regulation, which is beneficial to the adjustment of the process parameters.
