YX025 Multi-mixer

Application

This machine is suitable for the mixing of cotton, chemical fibers and their blends. The air duct sends the cotton into each cotton hopper, and the cotton position is controlled by the micro-pressure switch. Different cotton hopper outputs achieve high-fold cotton mixing function with differential speed, and the raw material is transported to the subsequent equipment by air convection.

With PLC control system, it is interlocked with the front and rear machines and works synchronously.

Triple mixing action to achieve uniform mixing of raw materials.

The conveyor belt and the brad curtain are driven by AC variable frequency motor, and the running speed is steplessly adjustable.

Sensitive photoelectric detection device realizes continuous work in the whole process.
