Application

This machine is one of the equipment for opening and cleaning. Its function is to further open, card and remove impurities for the raw cotton and chemical fibers that have been initially opened.

Main Features

The machine is composed of upper cotton box parts, cotton feeding parts, beater parts, dust rod adjustment parts and frame parts. It is used in conjunction with the vertical fiber separator in the cleaning process. The comb needle beater separates the dust and impurities through the combined action of the centrifugal force and the dust bar at a certain speed, and sends the fully opened and impurity-removed raw materials to the next process, the separated dust is sent to the dust filter system.
