Features:

The machine is composed of a pair of feeding rollers and a cylinder with a spike and a condenser. The feeding roller is covered with special card clothing, which ensure the impurities such as grass seeds to be easily embedded in the feeding roller, and can hold the raw material tightly at the same time, so that the cylinder can evenly opening, and the corner nails on the cylinder are arranged in a cross, which is beneficial to open the raw material into a block of basically the same size. The condenser separates the sand, impurities and fluff, and discharges the sand and impurities into the designated area, ensuring the cleanness of the workshop, no dust, short velvet flying, greatly improving the workshop.
