YX151 Dedusting machine
Application
This machine is suitable for all grades of raw cotton and is usually used as the last dusting point in the opening and cleaning process. The fully opened fiber can effectively remove the fine dust contained in the machine; for textile mills with open-end spinning and air-jet looms, the use of this machine can greatly reduce the yarn breakage caused by fiber dust.
Main Features
The dust removal process is unique. After the fiber bundle collides with the mesh plate, the dust removal is completed by the action of air flow, which has the characteristics of no damage to the fiber, high dust removal efficiency, and flexible process configuration.
The cotton output fan adopts variable frequency stepless speed regulation motor, and the speed can be set according to the system wind pressure requirements.
